WARNING STAY AWAY!!!!!!! These are the most unprofessional people ever. Told us we were closing 3 separate times. Then on the 3rd go around, 1 day before closing, we didnt qualify. Then they held my appraisal hostage because they couldn't close the sale, as well as sent personal info WO my consent. Absolute incompetence!
Please read .do not get a mortgage loan from this place they lied to me they just tell you what you want to here .len sprouse one of the lenders worked on our paperwork for almost Six months told us .my wife and kids we were approved picked out a house told us to give a 30 day notice at our apartments so we did .and what do you no 5 days before closing And 7 days before my lease is up .len sprouse told me and my family we dont qualify .ya now homeless thanks to home homebridge
Do not use this homebridge left me and my kids homeless.
