I’ve worked with Julie Gould for 3 transactions. I have worked with another lender, and went right back to Julie. Multiple reasons why Julie Gould is the best in the business. 1. Communication. Mathew Cooper (senior loan officer), and his assistant loan officer (Molly Hudson) were very helpful from the beginning. Mathew is a very knowledgeable person. He know his trade and is even very flexible with his work hours to help people. He was able to answer all my questions patiently and made sure that the whole process went on smoothly till the funding at the very end of closing. Pros - great service, great mortgage rates( i got a really good rate for my credit score), low PMI rates cons - nothing really
