I've spent countless hours on the phone trying to make a payment. Every representative I speak to cannot help and wants to give me a different phone number to call that inevitably is not a good phone number. At this point I'm going to be at risk of being late making a payment despite the hours I've spent attempting to make my payment. Had I known I'd have so many issues I would have never gone with this company for a loan.
