Excellent area data to help both home owners and buyers looking to buy a home up to date on the exact areas they are looking at. Home Bot has up to date property values that real estate professionals review and adjust to reflect current market conditions. Hot zones and cool zones are super helpful in knowing where the best value can be found.

This service is not for me and there's no one you can talk to expept for sales. I want to cancel, have left 3 messages NOthing. So frustrating

Began using Homebot last year and I really liked the interface with my clients. It seemed like I was sending them something of value each month and that was good. Eventually I spent more time making calls and sending emails to tell them that Homebot values were way off and that certainly doesn't look like I'm sending them value. I've had many clients contact me, not for the CMA but to ask to be removed.
