Jo Deam at Homebody Massage is awesome! She's very good at what she does and is properly trained and certified. She's also a very nice person who genuinely cares about her patients. I first saw her when she was one of many therapists at a therapy practice that has since closed. I only saw her twice but she was good enough that I looked her up and found her running her own business. I'm glad I did! Jo has been amazing! As an athlete, I see Jo before and after my competitions to help with mobility and with recovery! She tells me exactly what is wrong and where she’s working and she’s always spot on with my tighter spots.

I struggle with both lipidema and lymphedema. After my first massage from Jo I was able to walk so much better and had a significant decrease in fluid and pain. She has a knack for getting into the exact right spot to give your body exactly what it needs to relieve the discomfort. She is incredibly knowledgeable and answered every question I had. She took the time to explain what she was doing and why. Jo is a healer and I would recommend her massage services to anyone! Your body will thank you.
