Jo was recommended to me by a friend. I find her to be knowledgeable and extremely effective. I have been to other therapist in the past and I find her to be a pleasure to work with as she is very flexible. I usually request an hour session. I lift weights a few times a week and suffer from lower back issues , so I really appreciate her ability to help in my recovery.
