I like this store for the convenience it offers compared to some of the other hardware stores in town. However, this store needs to seriously work on its customer service. The employees almost try to avoid eye contact and walk away from helping. Today while in the store I approached an employee for help. He was having a personal conversation with an employee who had just got off. I waited. By far the best assortment of small misc things in town, hands down. But you better only need metric cause that's all they stock a variety of. They must not be aware that we are a county that are back to back world war champions that states we do not have to use the metric system. Best assortment of absolutely useless crap. What a waste. Homebase must support China, that is the only reason that makes sense with the abubdance of metric assortments. Love this place John the manager and Cameron the assistant manager wonderful people staff very knowledgeable almost all the cashiers know us by our first names not just a company we work for
