I wrote the review below a LONG time ago but since then the people have changed and actually have really nice people there now and doing a great job with their seasonal department. Lots of flowers. And some things are comparable to Home Depot and Menards but Orchelens still has them beat on some prices. Best to compare! Their people skills are just not there. Never have been. Every other time I’ve been here the Gardening customer service has been phenomenal. Scott and Patrick are always going above and beyond with their kindness and courtesy. But my last visit....purchased multiple heavy items and asked for assistance. Was told to pull up at the gate and they’d meet me. Since no one came around, I proceeded to load up the items myself.
