so homebase had been a general catch all for my home improvement tasks .. and been pretty good.. but yesterday I purchased 80$ worth of strain and seal for my deck, got home shook it up used my drill to mix and about every 5 boards the color would become lighter and lighter from separation ( tried both cans) they did refund me my money but now I have a brand new deck destroyed and rainbow colored....

They are liars. The right hand doesn’t know what the left hand is doing. They say they will make sure something is ordered and guess what it doesn’t happen. There is a dark headed older women who works outside in the garden section. She is the rudest women I have ever come across. She should not be working with the public. She should be very thankful that I have restraint.
Difficult to find anyone to help and if you ask the ladies standing around at the front desk they guess where items are instead of assist in locating it. Don’t worry though, I found what I needed at Orschlens and had excellent service from the part time employee!
