Homebase both locations is Terrible! Even if you get the voucher & find the apartment. They only have one “Housing specialist” allegedly and SHE IS NEVER AVAILABLE! I have been offered 3 apartments on 3 different occasions. My case manager gets fired or terminated no one will notify you. They DO NOT Care about the case load they have THEY DO NOT PRIORITIZE or HELP AT ALL !! 181st & 126th & 3rd is Both Bad locations THEY DO NOT HELP AT ALL ! they don’t respond to the email or answer the phone if you go in person they still do... read more
