First visit and loved it! We stopped by after visiting the grizzly nursery. Surprisingly, quite a few of their plants were in much better shape. I think they even had more of a selection for indoor plants/non-cold hardy plants. I got a monstrous fern for under $14! Unreal. See pics. Customer service was top notch. Super friendly. They enforce face masks/coverings. Grizzly Nursery does not since it's mainly outdoors. Some employees and customers wear them. Not all, just FYI. Pretty great prices. I just recently discovered the HomeBase and I'm thrilled I did. What a spectacular store! It's like a wonderful blend of Lowe's, TSC, and Academy. I browsed the store for over an hour, discovering all they have to offer. The Garden Center is spectacular! I wish I could say I enjoy shopping here. But every time I come to this location most of the workers seem miserable and have minimal people skills. I do know a couple of employees that are great at their jobs. Management has reflected the low moral of not only the employees as well as the costumers. And should be replaced immediately. If not for the handful of good workers, I would not keep coming back. I can say lately the vibe is changing. One can only hope so has management. I don't visit hardware stores very often, and I rarely have cause to visit one as big as HomeBase. Usually, Ace is enough for what I need. When I find myself in need of more than just a couple of bolts or something and happen to be on this side of town, I force myself to go to HomeBase. I say force because it is an absolutely miserable experience every time. The employees of this store don't seem to care about anything. The ducklings had no heat lamp, several chicks were dying also without heat lamps or any warmth.
