We were looking to open a small business account with a local bank. Home Bank, and Kyle specifically, came highly recommended. From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed with care and professionalism. Kyle and Ashley are a superstar team! They went above and beyond our expectations - excellence in customer care! They answered all our questions and we opened our account excited to be a part of Home Bank. Who knew banking could be so fun :) If you are looking to open an account, look no further!
Very poor experience. Brought a check giving to me by my employer to this bank since the check is from this bank. And was not able to cash my check due to not having my Texas id but had my permenant residency card issued by the United States of america and was told I could not use that form of id because the ignorsnt people who worknhwre have "never seen one of those".
a bank and that's what you can call it, they don't accept ID or passport from another country to cash a check, it's the only place where you can't do it, that's why they're not known, let alone have customers, my point of view is: bank rubbish
