I have never in my life felt more at home with a bank before. I don’t even want to call it a bank because it feels like more than that to me. I mean Kyle even sat down and colored with my daughter while I spoke with the loan officer. What makes them unique is the cabin feel atmosphere & the comfort ,welcoming, and friendly hospitality by their amazing team members that goes above & beyond ,Kyle Tatum is an incredible person to know he is as genuine as can be , knowledgeable in his field and makes the bank feel like family , along with Beth Freeman they are a bank you can trust!
We were looking to open a small business account with a local bank. Home Bank, and Kyle specifically, came highly recommended. From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed with care and professionalism. Kyle and Ashley are a superstar team! They went above and beyond our expectations - excellence in customer care! Very poor experience. Brought a check giving to me by my employer to this bank since the check is from this bank. And was not able to cash my check due to not having my Texas id but had my permenant residency card issued by the United States of america and was told I could not use that form of id because the ignorsnt people who worknhwre have "never seen one of those".
a bank and that's what you can call it, they don't accept ID or passport from another country to cash a check, it's the only place where you can't do it, that's why they're not known, let alone have customers, my point of view is: bank rubbish
