Reached out to get a cake made for a celebration of life for my father. It was the weekend so sent an email inquiry. I received a response but it did not include pricing as requested and it honestly didn't seem like they wanted my businessby the tone of the email. I asked if they had photos or examples of a similar themed cake I was looking to order. She just told me to check Instagram and wouldn't send any. I will never contact again. I guess they're too busy for more customers, disappointing!

Ordered cupcakes for our wedding and they were incredible. We had forgot to assign someone to pick them up but they reached out to us and we were able to get it sorted out right away so it was seamless for our guests and they had no idea about the hiccup. So grateful they were willing to accommodate us with such short notice and make sure we got those cupcakes! 🧁
