They placed a lock on our unit by mistake, and I spent three hours on the phone trying to get it removed. Their outsourced customer service in the Philippines repeatedly fell back on, “That’s what the computer says,” even though the computer was wrong because of their own clerical error. No ownership. I just want to say a huge thank you to Ms. Joy for all the help she gave me today. She was incredibly kind, patient, and understanding from the very beginning. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions without making me feel rushed, and made sure I understood all of my options for my units.
