I was lucky enough to have Betty from HomeAid as a one-off private clean, and have nothing but good things to say. She was warm, understanding, and personable, and made her way through tasks so efficiently that I'd thought she'd been here an hour longer than she actually had! I have been using Homeaid services for the last 18 months for fortnightly cleans and also use additional services including window clean, deep clean, and carpet cleaning. The staff are incredible and provide a reliable service of a high standard. They are without a doubt the best NDIS provider I have come across to help with my daily living tasks and highly recommend them to others.
Tanja is an amazing Home Support Worker who I used for the first time last week. Her care to particular detail, quick learning, wonderful attitude, professionalism, no time wasted here, she's a wonderful gift to this organisation and to me. Fabulous service with such wonderful, caring staff. Very reliable and patient. My Mum had some wonderful times with these carers, in particular Wendy, Tracey, Sheree & Brooke couldn't talk highly enough of their care and compassion. Certainly a place l would recommend if you need a little help around and in the home.
