I have been using Homeaid services for the last 18 months for fortnightly cleans and also use additional services including window clean, deep clean, and carpet cleaning. The staff are incredible and provide a reliable service of a high standard. They are without a doubt the best NDIS provider I have come across to help with my daily living tasks and highly recommend them to others.
Tanja is an amazing Home Support Worker who I used for the first time last week. Her care to particular detail, quick learning, wonderful attitude, professionalism, no time wasted here, she's a wonderful gift to this organisation and to me. We have been using HomeAid services for a few years and are extremely happy with their services which include support workers, support co-ordinators, cleaning, hairdressing and general handyman jobs. They have all gone above and beyond to accommodate and help us with daily living. All the staff are prompt and helpful and no task is hard for them.
