Love this hotel! The staff always goes above and beyond, and the location can’t be beat!
Close to Union rail station as I had a very short stay on between trains. Once I figured out that there is no ground floor check-in, I used the outdoor buzzer and made my way up. Check-in was handled well. The room was probably overspecced for my needs as it has microwave, fridge, crockery etc. Rooom was well furnished, bathroom in good condition. WiFi worked well. The entire experience was wonderful! The gentleman at the check in desk was warm and welcoming, the property was clean and had a wonderful smelling defuser in the lobby, and the breakfast was perfect. Highly recommend this location as it is also conveniently located to several bars/restaurants with in walking distance.
Stay was "good" as google defines 3 stars, but nothing to write home about. We did also run into a cleanliness problem, but if price was right - would still likely stay again, all things considered. Location to downtown is great, if that's what you're going for! Parking is reasonable, and plenty of space. Staff seemed friendly and welcoming.
