The lady at the front desk was rude and unprofessional. They berated my boyfriend for asking to buy some water bottles and instantly stating “if you’re buying 3 waters to use the bathroom you can’t”.

Great location for downtown sightseeing. The rims here are lovely with nice size refrigerator for longer stays. Comfortable need!
