Close enough to where I am doing business. Much more up to date then the other Hilton product i would normally stay when I come here. Bed is comfortable. I wish I could remember her name but the young woman who checked me in around 3:30 pm on 7/29/25 was so nice and helpful. My ony issue and I worked around, the thermostat is the auto type so if I turn it up so it is not blowing cool air, it blows heat. Like I said I just figured it out. This will be my place every time as well as other coworkers who come down
Beautiful, new hotel. Lobby, breakfast area and rooms are super clean. Breakfast had a good variety and fresh berries for oatmeal & Yogurt was a nice addition. Highly recommend.
Attitude at the front deck. Poor customer relations. When I walked in the guy was sitting down behind the deck on his phone. He didn’t greet me or stand up, just barked “I.D”. Then proceeded to tell me I had to run my credit card even though I stay at a Hilton every week and my card is on file. What’s the point of having one on file if it’s not for the convenience of not having to run it every time? He never acknowledged my Diamond Membership, I didn’t get any complementary water.
