Was not happy with the condition of the rooms. 2 rooms had not been cleaned and 1 rooms had some damage to the shower. Won’t be staying at this home 2 suites again. And the quiet time was far from it. There were children running back and forth in the rooms above. Complaining did nothing.
The staff is very helpful. The our room was very nice The hotel was new in 2024. Large bathroom with handicap accessible shower and shower seat. Good size living room with sofa and eat in kitchen area. Tall refrigerator, microwave, kitchen sink, dishwasher and dishes. Separate thermostats for living area and bedroom. TV in each area. Convenient to shops and restaurants.
Sound proofing is terrible. I was woken this morning by the sound of flushing toilet water running down the pipes. It was a good bit louder than the HVAC fan on high. I could here The people above me walking around there room all night. The high quality breakfast that they have signs posted about the lobby was concerning. Rooms are spacious and clean. TVs are large and the guide is relatively easy to use. My suite included two desks and a single chair, but the stool could double as a chair for two people working. Shower is nice with good water pressure. Room service is every other day, but if you need something on an off day just tell the front desk and they will take care of it.
