I stopped by to speak with someone about negotiating a rate, and Rachel at the Front Desk was the first hotel employee (of the many I went by today) I encountered who genuinely greeted me and was fully engaged in helping me. Having stayed at multiple hotels, I've noticed a decline in customer service—but Rachel gave me hope that it might be making a comeback! Her professionalism and attentiveness stood out so much I HAD to put a review about her. Great job Rachel!
Had a great experience here, the staff is amazing and the breakfast is excellent!! Overall wonderful !!!
What an absolutely wonderful stay. The staff at this location was so helpful and polite. My favorite part of the stay was the breakfast. They had everything you could want and the lady who was working breakfast was an absolute doll. She made sure we were taken care of and was just so friendly.
