We are a touring band from LA on the road coming from Austin, TX, and stayed at the Home2 Suites in Waco, Texas. Parking was easy and safe. The large rooms were perfect, especially with the addition of the pullout bed and kitchenette. The beds were very comfy, and the bathrooms were clean. No water in my room
Room was decent for a night. Definitely not somewhere i would stay more than one night. The staff were some of the most unfriendly staff I have encountered in recent hotel stays. One didn’t even want to acknowledge me and the other wanted to anywhere but there. Definitely not the service I would expect/hope for as a hilton honors member.
Showed up around 8pm - front desk clerk seem bother we were showing up, not friendly at all. Room felt dingy and worn out, had a weird sewage smell. Informed front desk person, no response. Breakfast was so so, next time we are in Town looking for a different place to stay… would not recommend.
