This is, without question, the dirtiest hotel I’ve encountered. We’re loyal Home2 Suites guests, but this property is far below brand standards. The stained carpet alone was bad enough (and I didn’t even capture photos of it), but management was also allowing the feeding of five stray cats directly at the entrance. Unacceptable for a hotel at this level.

With a family of five, we stay at a lot of Home2Suites properties. I can confidently say this one is subpar compared to others. Upon check-in, the lobby smelled like dogs. I understand it is a pet-friendly hotel, but you have to stay on top of that smell. Gross! The room looked worn. The bathroom door runs on a track and was hard to open and close. I’ve stayed in a lot of Home2 Suites so when I say this has been the best experience, it means something. From the friendly and accommodating staff to the cleanliness of the hotel, everything has been excellent. Thank you for creating a space for my traveling family to rest and relax.
