I’ve stayed in a lot of Home2 Suites so when I say this has been the best experience, it means something. From the friendly and accommodating staff to the cleanliness of the hotel, everything has been excellent. Thank you for creating a space for my traveling family to rest and relax.
The limited breakfast variety was disappointing and felt noticeably more bare-bones than other Hilton brands. This isn’t unique to this location, however, as the other Home2 I stayed at during this trip was the same. Moreover, my stay here on a random Wednesday with no special events in town was close to $200, which is significantly higher than what I’ve typically paid at Home2 Suites, with nothing material to justify the price premium. The room had dirty dishes and there was a dishwasher in the room. It does not take very much effort for housekeeping to clean dishes. This is absolutely un acceptable from a 4.5 star hotel.
