Beautiful room but the beds were pretty hard on the back. I love the suite and the full fridge and kitchenette. Very central location as well. Overall 4/5 stars!
Their reviews have been gamed by the previous manager. Im convinced the manager refunded rooms if there was proof of a positive review. We are HGI people and legitimately switched because of the review rating on this place. Big mistake. While Hilton typically has pet specific rooms, this is every room and you can smell it. Melinda is an awesome employee that works here. I feel bad for her having to deal with these reactions. She has no control over policy.
