We had such a lovely stay. The room was pristine, beds comfortable, and the service was outstanding. Madonna, who handles breakfast was sure to keep everything stocked and fresh. She was so kind as well. Thank you for a great break!

When I first checked in I was given an ADA room. Although it had lots of room the bed was probably the worst hotel bed I’ve ever slept in. The mattress was very soft and squeaky and I kept rolling to the middle. Faced with nearly two weeks of this I asked to be moved to another room after two nights in room 200. The employees can’t upgrade the mattresses but they can help accommodate me and they very much did. We booked a room with a king size bed in March. Our stay was at the end of August. When we checked in it’ll we received a double size bed suite. It isn’t the end of the world but when we confront the front desk the response was that they overbooked and we were the lucky ones that got bumped. Even though we made our reservations 5 months ago.
