The rooms are decent quality.. not cleaned particularly well. I had hairs all over the towels that were left. Hand towel and bath towel. It seems they have a large housekeeping staff, but a lot of them are hanging out on the side in the smoking area. And if the housekeeping’s not hanging out there, it seems there’s homeless people. It is walkable to a few good restaurants so you don’t really have to get into a car to get a bite.
It was nice, except for the fact that I had to change rooms because the cleaners didn't clean out the fridge or wipe down the counters. Dalton was amazing!
This place is a dump!!!! Room wasn’t clean at all. Terrible smelling in room. I have no clue how it gets any good reviews whatsoever. We checked in, went up to room, immediately left back down to the front desk for a refund. Someone’s nasty brownish dirty toenails on the floor!!!!! Not in to mention it’s in an awful part of town, so many people walking around.
Comfortable room with abundant drawers, work areas, and storage. Friendly staff. Could use some maintenance regarding wear and tear items
