When we arrived, it was late around 11pm, and the door was locked. We rang the bell and the girl that was working the desk that evening instructed us to pick up the phone. From there we were asked a number of questions before she would unlock the door and let us in. It was the worst experience I ever had staying at any Hilton location. I am really distressed about the stay and would like to request a full refund. I stayed from Wednesday to Monday morning and never had my room cleaned. I was told it was supposed to be done every other day so by Friday I expected it to be done, and it was not. I had to call for new towels, but still no one ever cleaned my room. While the staff is very kind and most services are well maintained and as to be expected, the overall quality of the stay was riddled with severely lacking faculty response. Roaches in the room? We had to buy our own roach poison. Internet is out for an entire week even though many guests paid for it? Absolutely no updates on the situation, no urgency to have it repaired, and the staff even seemed to get annoyed at complaints related to this. Convenient location for our trip. Room was clean, modern and nice. This hotel is set up for longer stays, colleges students and pets. Nice stop for us.
Breakfast offered left much to be desired.
