Cockroaches. Bad turn over service. Most turnovers you wont get fresh sheets or your showers and sink cleaned. Trashed aren't thrown out. Place is cockroach infested too

Cleanliness was not up to my standards. The shower looked terrible. Shouldn’t look like that if it’s being cleaned after every guest. The desks were dirty. No surface had been wiped down. The floors hadn’t been swept or mopped so there were hairs. Hairs in the shower as well. Mirror in the main room was filthy as well. It’s like they didn’t even try. My stay was disappointing because I found two cockroaches in my original room. To the hotel’s credit, the staff responded promptly and moved me to a different room after I reported the issue. I appreciated their willingness to address the problem, but finding cockroaches in the first place was unacceptable and made me question the overall cleanliness and pest control standards. I hope management takes steps to resolve the issue so future guests have a better experience.

The room was clean. I did not hear noises from other guests. The bathroom had a hole in the wall. The a/c was leaking. It was hard to know which door is the front door.
