We went from the worst kitchen staff to the BEST. Everyone on the kitchen staff deserves a raise this is our 7th Home 2 this trip and beyond the best experience of them all! Hooray to the staff and employees. Fresh food great service Connie and Michael in at the breakfast bar are the BEST!!!
Location is fabulous.Maybe 7 minutes to everything zoo St. Louis Union station.Not alot of food choices in area that we saw. Thank goodness there was a frozen type pizza in lobby for the little kids didn't want to run out after long day.Rooms big enough for the three adults and one critter. Quite night sleep felt safe in parking lot.Get rid of the pocket door in bathroom or need some sort of handle impossible to close in middle night when you want to be quiet. The sliding bathroom door lock in our hotel room was incredibly frustrating to use. There’s hardly any space to fit your fingers to turn the latch, and the unlocking (which goes counterclockwise) is noticeably stiffer and harder than locking it. After a few attempts, my 10-year-old daughter hurt her little fingers and is now scared to use it, lest she get stuck inside. This was supposed to be a family-friendly hotel.
