Well the front desk staff were polite. Housekeeping services were way below acceptable standard. The only time I saw they was where they tried to shop me out of my room early twice.
Overall good hotel. Housekeeping is not doing a good job, bath room and beds are not well cleaned. Private parking is nice. Inside pool is also OK for a quick refreshment. Breakfast was OK. Location is easy to access right next to the highway, surprisingly the rooms are quite, road noise was not a corcern at all during the night.
I will update this once I complete my stay, but for now, I just wanted to review Jewelene from the front desk. Unsurenif Hilton was having computer issues today, but I was literally on the phone or trying to reach someone for over 2 hours. Once I got Jewele, she was awesome and helped me with what I needed. Super pleasant lady! Thank you so much Jewelene.
Great location, quiet, spacious and comfortable rooms with everything you need. We had an issue with our tv and they immediately had somebody troubleshooting and ended up moving us to another room, but it was quick and painless. Special thanks to Dre who helped us out!
But you need to read this so your five star stay doesn’t become a two star one. Here is how to manage expectations. Pros: 1. Large comfortable hotel rooms, including suites. So far as I could tell the sofas were all sleeper sofas as well. We had a full kitchen with dishes, eating utensils, microwave, full fridge/freezer, and dishwasher.
