Unethical to say the least!!! I picked this hotel over a better priced one due to parking charges the other hotel was charging. I had a great 3 night stay here. A week later I see I have a $45 charge on my credit card. When I called them, they said it was for parking. Nowhere during booking process nor ath the checking in this was mentioned. I’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times, but I won’t be returning. They’ve recently started charging $15 per night for self-parking, and the fee is per room, not per vehicle. What’s worse is that this new charge is not well advertised — no clear notice during booking or check-in. The parking lot is neither secured nor a structure, making this feel like an unnecessary and greedy upcharge. Many nearby hotels still offer free parking, so I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. Disappointing move for a Hilton-branded property.
