Very disappointing stay. The hotel advertised a heated pool, but the pool was cold and not enjoyable. There were also no towels available at the pool, which made the experience even more frustrating. The biggest concern was the lack of staff response to guests smoking weed near the fire pit area within 10ft to the entrance of the hotel. A front desk employee walked outside while it was happening and did not address it, which made the environment feel uncomfortable and poorly managed. I always stay in these hotels and staying in this location was a bad idea. My room wasn't ready when I arrived, the time was closed to 3:30 pm. I was very tired from driving from another state. I then called the front desk because my digital key was not available. They tried to say I didn't know how to use the app. I always use the app and check-in through my phone. This hotel was perfect for our family. Clean and comfortable and the staff was amazing. The only con was the pool was freezing.

Really tall ceilings, AC system that works, spacious. Breakfast has real hot options. Free WiFi is good enough, can still watch Netflix if needed
