The hotel did not have the room available by the scheduled check-in time and, unfortunately, did not make any effort to accommodate its Platinum guests by ensuring a room was available. As a loyal Platinum member, I expected a higher level of service and consideration, particularly when it came to honoring the advertised check-in time. The hotel is very clean and breakfast is great, we had a great time here. The best part is about their staff, the front desk girl Andrea Ponsot was super friendly and went out her way to upgrade our room, and made sure we have everything we needed without us even asking. The breakfast staff, Josh Smiley came to me made sure I have the best waffles here, he made modifications to the waffle mix ratio and it turned out amazing. Beware! To begin, the people here are pretty great. The rooms are ok. I’ve stayed here weekly, all week, for the last 90 days. In that time I have heard about at least a dozen break ins, multiple shootings, and thefts of every kind. I was told a couple months back that “security” wanted to be hired but the local owner wouldn’t approve. Same reason they do NOT have security cameras. I called to cancel reservation I made through Hilton, the staff member who answered the phone was very rude, cutting words while I speak, didn’t try to help me, not saying single sorry or thank you, just generally bad throughout. Ended up not cancelling my reservation so I had to call other numbers to cancel it. Do not recommend

My granddaughter and I stayed at this hotel Thursday night. When I checked in, I noticed the bedspread was dirty. I pulled back the cover and could quickly tell the sheets had not been changed. Then I ran my hand over the sheets and found a toenail! I quickly used a paper towel to scoop up the toenail and took it to the reception desk. She moved me to another room which was clean for which I was appreciative. Beware when staying at this hotel!
