This weekend had been wonderful! Our room was nice and clean. It’s across from the burger spot that’s really good. Joannie was super sweet and super helpful at the front desk. We will be booking here again if we come back to San Antonio

While our stay was overall decent, there were some noticeable issues that I don’t feel this Hilton is up to par with the other places I have stayed being a Hilton Honors member. The main reason I booked here was to take my kids swimming. I called in the morning to make sure it was open, only upon my arrival to find it completely neglected. The water was neon green and not safe for swimming in at all.

Our stay wasn’t the best. We stayed one night. Customer service is lacking. Hallways are not ACed. I woke up early because I could hear everything from the room above me. Normal things, like walking, that you shouldn’t be able to hear. They don’t let you use digital key until after you have checked in at the front desk, which defeats the purpose of the digital key and check in. They said it’s because security.
