Nice stay with the family here for a few days while in town. Staff was always nice and helpful. Room was ok, there were some spots that could have used some vacuuming and 1 outlet was pulling off the wall. Breakfast was different- very build-your-own sandwich focused which we had to work around with our kids and would have been nice to have more options still available towards the end of the breakfast window. All in all a decent stay overall.

The staff is amazing and responds promptly to requests. Their breakfast selections are great and the options vary a little day by day which is fabulous. All in all the hotel is clean and very well kept.

Unfortunately I cannot recommend this hotel. Our selected room was advertised as having a full kitchen, this is false. It has a fridge, microwave and a dishwasher - no cooktop in the room. To get around this, they “offer” skillets and cooktops that you can check out, but when you call to request one they are not available. Our first assigned room had mold on all the lampshades, however the helpful front desk agent resolved quickly with a room reassignment. Darryl was amazing. He was kind, knowledgeable, and friendly. His phone manners matched his in-person persona, which is a rare treat considering the state of hospitality these days.

The gentleman working the front desk was amazingly helpful. Darrel filled in my car when I was worried about making it to the desk in time for checkout, and it was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable throughout the entire process of checking in.
