This hotel is gross. It is completely outdated and filthy. It is disgusting. The place was dirty in the lobby. It had a terrible odor. It was not in the best location at all. I would never stay here again. My family and I stayed 1 night and we left the next day. The refrigerator was rusted and the bathroom sink was leaking water. Intermittent power outages contacted the front desk and the receptionist showed no empathy nor apologized for what I would assume to be an unexpected inconvenience to the hotel guest(us)-I had multiple interactions with the staff and they were not the most welcoming or friendly- have we lost touch with serving the client - basic customer service skills gone?! Cleanliness of rooms, pool area and hotel overall could be better.

I gave service a four only because they clean your rooms every other day. We stayed at another hotel before we came to this one, and they cleaned everyday. I would like to thank the maid that left us some clean towels. Didn’t get her name. Has no safe for valuables.

Terrible no me gustó para nada la habitación estaba sucia el baño olía terrible. La privacidad es súper mala se puede escuchar a través de las paredes. Todo lo que hacen las parejas al otro lado de la pared( terrible experiencia). El baño está muy sucio, no recogen la basura ni limpian tu cuarto todos los días la basura se puede desbordar en tu cuarto y nadie la recoge.
