**Response to Owner** 14 August 2025 Sir/Ma'am, In response to your reply there is another piece I feel needs to be highlighted. Your policy as you say, "Zip code less than 50 miles are unable to book at your hotel." That is a very vague statement considering 84404 is quite wide that goes from less than 50 miles to well over 50 miles. For instance, for my physical address to your location it is 50.2 miles apart. Had booked this hotel month ago to have lodging for a concert in the area. Today is the day of the concert and was about to check in and received a notification that my reservation was to be canceled. This is due to the hotel policy that zip codes withing 50 miles of hotel will not be able to stay at hotel. So issues with this are 1. This is not readily identified at time of booking. 2. I travel often and am a diamond member staying at Hilton properties all the time. This one is tired and needs some work. The shower handle was so loose it moved the whole pipe in the wall, sheets were not smooth but covered in pilling. Torn blinds and the remote was duct taped to hold batteries.
