Our stay at Home2 Suites WVC was disappointing from the start. The room did not look clean when we walked in. After removing the mattress covers, we found hair, the tub had hair, and the toilet looked dirty. The beds were uncomfortable, and it really feels like many of the items in the room — especially the mattresses — are just as old as the hotel, though the lobby and outdoor look remodele. We reserved an ACCESSIBLE room, with TWO TWIN beds. We were confirmed room #104 in your app. When we got to the hotel, the room miraculously changed to 309, and it only had a queen bed + sofa bed. The receptionist said that she had no other rooms available, and was totally unhelpful. I was livid. Later, when I went down to the reception again, she gave me a bottle of water, and came up to the room to make up the sofa bed.
