I was booked at this hotel by a relative. The hotel itself was decent, but the house keeping needs to actually provide house keeping. I took photographs of hair on the shower siding before I even had the chance to use it. I have no hair due to illness, so I knew that I was going to chat with mgmt. I made contact with the assistant GM, sending the photos. My concerns apparently were not of concern. I had to steam a room that should have been cleaned prior to my arrival. **Response to Owner** 14 August 2025 Sir/Ma'am, In response to your reply there is another piece I feel needs to be highlighted. Your policy as you say, "Zip code less than 50 miles are unable to book at your hotel." That is a very vague statement considering 84404 is quite wide that goes from less than 50 miles to well over 50 miles. For instance, for my physical address to your location it is 50.2 miles apart. From our location to the Maverick center is 49.5 miles. So being over the 50 mile threshold what does that mean? T... read more
