I wanted to share a review to express our sincere gratitude to Hayden! Check-in 4/11/26 was smooth, and he was both professional and cheerful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We had a minor mishap on our way into Roswell, and he immediately offered his assistance when we needed it. He went above and beyond what I’ve experienced in many hotels and resorts. I’m very impressed with this young man. Hilton do what you can to keep him!

This hotel and it's management are horrible. Aleece Sandovel the front desk manager was unfriendly and unkind from the day I arrived!!! The free breakfast is one of the worst breakfast options I have ever experienced. I have stayed here for two weeks and they have been inflexible and rude. Avoid this hotel if you are looking for a friendly and great experience!!! There was one bright spot, it was employee Aiden Thomas. Aiden was always upbeat, positive and extremely helpful.

This room had everything my particular self desired. The room was very clean. There was more than one towel hook. The shower door covered the whole shower area and did not leak onto the floor. The bathroom door was a REAL door. The window had a blind that pulled all the way down and blocked all of the light. The room didn't have devices everywhere that glowed when the lights were out. It was quiet. It was within walking distance to food and souvenir places. Plenty of parking.
