The room smelled and the carpet was not clean.
Management needs to get a better handle on staffing issues and hotel cleanliness. No maid service because of insufficient cleaning staff. Hallways should be vacuumed everyday. Guests can be pigs when serving themselves at breakfast, but no one on staff made an effort to keep the breakfast counter or floors clean. It was quite disgusting.
Was having a rough day and staff made my day better! And was very nice and friendly
