I have stayed in my fair share of hotels and I personally prefer Hilton group. I have never felt so compelled to leave a review. The staff is friendly and kind. They went out of their way to provide me something safe for me to eat! I have never experienced this before. If you are in Rochester NY this is the place to stay . You won’t be disappointed.
Not a bad hotel. Breakfast in the morning was just so-so. The staff was friendly.
Mostly good experience. Breakfast is just OK. Coffee is too weak. Room was nice and dark, pretty quiet.
The staff is amazing here so personable! Kalila and mecia are the absolute best!!! 5 star for them. Make you feel at home!
