The only good thing about this hotel is the location. We arrived at 9am from an early flight. We were put first on the list for early check in which I was told would be 1pm or before. At 3pm I finally went to the desk and had to stand there to get anyone to care as they just kept saying it wasn’t ready but turns out it was. After about 15 min of standing there I checked in and was told they were “short staffed”. I reserved an Ocean View room with a balcony. I've had an amazing experience with all the staff. Customer service is exceptional. Tiffany at breakfast was helpful automatically. I didn't have to ask for anything. Pleasant and went out of her way. Offered to make my waffle, cleaned my table. I cant say enough. All had smiles. Vance at desk was kind offered a dinner coupon and advice in the area. Kudos to management!!! Best service I've ever had at a hotel and I consistently travel.
