Diane, at pompano beach Hilton, was an excellent customer service associate. She was very pleasant and accommodating. She also knew all the answers to my questions. She was very informative about the property.
Stephanie and Kayla were great. They made sure we had everything we needed and advise on the best event to match the experience we were trying to cultivate.
Shout out to Tiffany breakfast was always enjoyable when she was there always asking if we need anything. Mary F from housekeeping asked her for towels & tp.brought that & then some . Greeted warmly as we arrived by Malaya felt very welcomed. This is our go to place when in Pompano Everyone keep up the good work we enjoy the staff & the hotel.
