I had a very concerning experience at this property. After booking through a third-party platform, I was asked to provide a credit card upon arrival for incidentals, which is standard. However, I was incorrectly charged for both the incidentals and the full stay. When I brought this to the attention of the front desk, the staff member was unhelpful and did not seem to understand or address the issue. Great hotel! Clean facilities, every other day room service, and awesome staff. Special shoutout to David, Sasha, and Abraham for exceptional customer service and always receiving my packages. Stayed here for 4 months great home away from home

I had one of the worst hotel experiences ever at Home2 Suites by Hilton. On my very first day, I tried to take a shower and the water was freezing cold. I called the front desk and spoke with Katie, the manager, but nothing was resolved. I went two full days without being able to shower, which is completely unacceptable for any hotel, let alone a Hilton property. Many breakfast items missing, no regular milk, no Philadelphia cheese, no eggs, no bread. No apples. Utensils at the room are less as Normal. The one in Jonesboro AK got croissants. And was much better sorted.
