One thing I absolutely loved was the double queen bunk-over-bunk room that sleeps up to 10 people — perfect for big families like mine. We only stayed one night because our AC broke at home and it was 82° inside the house. The hotel was very accommodating and gave us a 2 PM checkout, which worked out perfectly. Stayed at this location to visit Epic Universal and it was such a perfect location. Super close to the park and also lots of places to eat or go walk around. All of the staff was really kind and asked often if there was anything we needed. Breakfast was good and the beds were super comfy!
Great location good price. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
