Had a nice Labor Day weekend stay visiting with family based at Eglin Air Force Base.
Good location and amenities in the room.microwave , fridge, dishwasher, plates and utensils.My stay wasn’t horrible, but it could have been better. There was a clicking noise the thermostat did before the AC would come on. This happened often throughout the day and night. Housekeeping did not vacuum or clean out the shower good. There were small crumbs on the carpet as were strands of hair in the corner of the shower from the previous guest. The walls are a bit thin. I was very disappointed with the housekeeping service during my stay. I left the hotel around 7 a.m. for work and specifically requested full room service before leaving. I was told that my room would be fully serviced by the time I returned. When I came back after work, the room had not been serviced at all, not even fresh towels had been provided. I eventually found housekeeping myself and asked for towels and fresh sheets. I was then told that I would not be receiving new sheets because it was supposedly a “new room.” How... read more
