I stayed here for a month with my boyfriend and we enjoyed it. The staff are all very nice and do a great job. The front desk staff are always happy to help and a pleasure to be around. Katrina, Shakar, Phoebe, Connor, and Bo were nice to talk with. Housekeeping does a wonderful job with the rooms. I especially enjoyed Silvia, who always smiled and waved at me when we crossed paths. ☺️ The engineer Paul and maintenance staff provided quick troubleshooting and were able to easily replace my microwave. Good location, nice room layout, decent breakfast. uncomfortable mattress. kids running through hallways from 8pm-11pm. Overall a nice place.
I have stayed at this location regularly. Everything has been great until a recent stay in August. I was charged for someone else's room and it was charged to my company credit card. I can only assume someone internally, fraudulently used my card. I have attempted contact four times and have yet to hear back from a manager.
