The hotel its self is decent however Kasandra is rude and unpleasant. If she’s going to be the first point of contact as soon as a guest walk enter she needs to change her demeanor. If not she belongs in the back. I also dislike how she speaks to the staff, as if they are beneath her. Heather was a pleasure, I had a small encounter with her but she displays how a front desk employee should interact with guest.
I cannot find anything to complain about with our 2 night stay here. We came to the area for Cleveland Clinic appointments and it was very easy to find our way to and from. Hotel staff accomodated all of our requests. Room was clean, floor was quiet. I liked the check in process on the app that let me pick my own room. The system on the TV was a little slow with the On Demand feature but it had a huge selection. If we have to come back up, I'll probably stay here again. My wife and I stayed at the Home 2 Suites by Hilton in Middleburgh, Ohio for a wedding. We spent four nights there in August and were very pleased overall. The staff was extremely friendly, and the rooms were clean and meticulous. The complimentary breakfast offered a wide selection, including waffles, eggs, cereal, juices, coffee, and tea. The hotel also featured a nice gym and an indoor pool.
This hotel was amazing! The rooms and entirety of the hotel were very clean and organized. Everytime we walked through the lobby we were greeted with smiles and asked how our day was going. The breakfast selection was great, a little crammed, but tasted very good! Overall me and my partner had such a great experience here and will be back if we visit Cleveland again!
