Pésimo hotel ,sobrevende, mal trato de personal Jesús Barrera un empleado déspota y hasta nos levanto la voz después de ser nosotros los afectados. Tengo número de socio , pero nunca volveré a intentar hospedarme en este hotel .
Found bed bugs in my room twice (photo included on this review). First time I didn’t recognized it and showed it to the front desk (to manager) thinking it looked like a roach. She never informed me that it was bed bugs, which I think they should receive training to recognize them. The room was apparently fumigated but then the next night I wake up around 4am and found another bed bug walking on the wall. I searched info on bed bugs and confirmed it was it. This place is pet‑friendly and very clean. It was quiet throughout the night, and I was able to sleep comfortably without any noise.
