Desk staff are nice. Rooms are poorly maintained. Cleaning crew doesn't do enough to consider their work half done.

Someone in the house keeping is a thief. My son accidentally left his wallet. He went back and it was gone. Called the hotel no one has seen it. Then a couple days later they tried to use his card at the gas station right next to hotel. Don’t forget anything it could be stolen!
