The service from the Puerto Rico/Latin workers at the front desk is very concerning for a property under the Hilton name. They do not seem to remember who is staying in their hotel. They ask to see your ID for extensions, because they do not realize the person who is extending has already been in this hotel, and his ID has already been checked. Location is good. Walking distance to King of Prussia Mall. The rooms are bigger and has a microwave and refrigerator. However, the heater is very loud in most of the rooms. I switched to another room to try and get a quieter heater but it was just as loud.
Buena ubicación y más económico si piensas visitar y quedarte cerca del mall de King of prussia, puedes llegar fácilmente caminado en 5-10 minutos a la primera sección y en menos de 5 manejando. Amplio estacionamiento, cuartos limpios, buen servicio.... My stays with this location have been great.Charmaine has been a wonderful help,with my booking inexperience. The hospitality is wonderful. And the hot breakfast does wonders to start the cold days of winter in Pennsylvania. Thank you for a pleasant stay away from home.
