We recently stayed here for my son’s travel hockey tournament. Upon arrival we were given a room on the 5th floor. Upon returning home from the first game, there were multiple bugs in our room. Notified front desk and while they moved our room and credited my account with 10,000 points (which is nothing compared to the 600 I paid to stay there). Un lugar muy agradable muy buenas habitaciones
Usually enjoy this brand. However this time the clock in our room didn't work. Reported to front desk when we went to dinner and came back to no clock but they did leave us a used toilet plunger, very disgusting. Elevators were dirty and didn't recognize me as a hilton honors member. Will not stay there again.
