When choosing a hotel sleep is perhaps the most important factor. In that area this hotel falls incredible short. The mattresses can be generously described as extra firm, the pillows as insubstantial. It would have been more comfortable to throw the comforter on the floor - at least the carpet provides SOME give.
Getting a suite for family to stay and Hilton has always been accommodating to me. This is the best value currently in the area for a 2 room suite with kitchen, handicap with roll in shower. Under $130 for Hilton Honors membership. Thank you to the staff that assisted us yesterday. Great people
Me and my significant other came for a 2 day get away. The first day I was welcomed and kindly greeted by Charmaine beautiful young lady at the desk, very friendly. ROOM was very clean according to eye view went to cheesecake factory came back laid down and there was a pieces of something that looked to be a joint in bed ugh ..Staff accommodated us with new sheets .Despite that inconvenience it was a great stay I will be back and lesson learned for my travelers this could happen anywhere I will change my own sheets anywhere ... read more
My room is next to a highway and there is a lot of road noise. The reception did provide ear plugs.
