The previous month we booked a double queen bed for 3 people and when we arrived we were forced to take a room with 1 king bed. Very passive aggressive manager with zero customer service skills. Refused to supply our room with extra linens we asked for and rudely stated why don’t we use them ones we have in the room. Manager needs retraining on customer service skills or be demoted!
Easy on & off the highway. Kim at check in was fabulous. Great area to walk the dog. Room was very clean and large.
Suites are clean and comfortable. Close to corner store for snack options. Highly recommend for extended stays.
Nice hotel. Conveniently located with plenty of nearby restaurants and shops.
