Last night, my wife and I stayed at the hotel, but we had a poor experience. We couldn’t sleep well due to an unpleasant smell in the room. Additionally, we found a table with a broken leg, a shower gel bottle holder that was broken, and a towel holder that was also broken. There were no laundry bags available either. Based on this experience, I would consider not staying there again.
This was probably the dirtiest Hilton I’ve ever stepped foot in. The room had barely been cleaned, the bathroom walls were rotted and mold all over the shower. Floors looked like they have been vacuumed in weeks. Staff were unhelpful.
didn’t say anything about the the “ incidental” fee when booking or when the money will be returned back to my card till the morning of checking out. if i had to wait a whole week before it will be returned that should be in the description while booking!
This hotel has black mold. Stay at your own risk.
