Was locked out for an hour and a half front desk clerk would not reprogram my key because the reservation was in my husbands name and he was at work
This location has bed bugs. The first room I was in on the 3rd floor had bed bugs. I woke up with multiple bites. Please see pictures. Rooms are half cleaned. There were nats by the elevator bc the staff is not taking the trash out ! The second room they moved me in , the bathroom was half cleaned. The gentleman who is the “General Manager “ acts absolutely clueless. Has zero problem solving skills.
My stay was great as always. Great place to stay if you are in town for business or vacation. Pleasant staff, business center, gym and pet friendly. Waking up to a hot breakfast in the morning. It has a designated pool area and smoking area. The owner is also a great person. I enjoyed our conversation. Great person. You have kitchen amenities in your room also if you would like to make a hot meal anytime of the day inside your room. Can't ask for anything more.
Where do I start? The 1st room was next door to a screaming baby so we changed rooms and floors. Get in the second room and we can hear a full blown orgy with sound effects. Lastly, the rooms were disgusting. Someone is half ass cleaning the hotel and needs a new job or no job. And why do the walls and doors look like they have been in a fight.
