The hotel needs some serious deep cleaning. After switching my first room because the sheets were not changed and covered in hair, it was fine. The place has potential, they just need better cleaning staff. I wouldn’t stay here again though. The front desk people were great and attentive to switching my room.
Unbelievably unprofessional and inconsistent. 2 months later and not a SINGLE returned phone call after 5+ attempts at getting my property returned to me after the hotel has confirmed on more than one instance that they have it. Time and time again I call, explain what’s going on and that I just want my expensive winter coat returned to me and over and over again I am told someone will call me back… all the empty promises, that the person on the phone is going to personally “take ownership of this matter” only to be let down... read more
The hotel is not well kept. Dirty elevators and hallways. Garbage allowed to pile up in bins and hallways. The room also had a horrible dingy/mildew odor. I ended up changing hotels after the first night.
