Let me just say, this was my first time staying at this location. The entire staff was very professional and always responsive to address any customer concerns. JB was very helpful and your housekeeping staff is amazing! They were outstanding! I will definitely return to this location. Thank you all for everything you do to make this hotel a home away from home!

Booked a room here a little last minute for a one night stay. I would not stay here again. The drywall in the ceiling was falling into the shower and there was a crack in the wall. The front desk clerk was kind and promptly moved me into a different room. It was better but it still had issues: stain on the sofa, chipped paint, missing cabinet handles. The hallways and suites were humid. While it was quiet, all of these issues made this a very uncomfortable stay.

Chose our room ahead of time with HH but when we arrived were told we were in a different room. Got to room and unloaded our ice chest and poured the ice in the sink. Shortly after there was water all over the floor. Called the front desk and was told that the maintenance person had left for the day so there was nobody to see what was wrong. Told them we needed someone to come mop up the water and needed more towels because we put all the towels down to soak up what we could. He said he couldn’t come that he was the only per... read more
