Whoever is running the front desk on 08/21/2025 at 10:15pm should be fired because she just lost yall money. Called to get a room, she answered and said hold on… I held on for a while and they hung up. I called back and they hung up again. I called two more times with no answer. If we ever come back in the area I’ll make sure we never stay at this hotel! Rude! Service1.0
I had to leave in the middle of my stay. which I was only an hour away, and I had to go home for a family matter. However, I ended up falling ill and getting hospitalized. After getting out of the hospital, I remembered my stay and knowing I had expensive things in my room and gifts that I had bought for my children.
