The kitchenette does not come with a hot plate. However, there are cooking utensils, chef knife, eating utensils, etc. Also has a nice microwave and mini full-size fridge with freezer compartment. Nice King Suite room overall.

Housekeeping is lazy and rude,. The workers yell all thruout the hallways. Very unproffesional behavior. They closed the laundry room and excercise place. Breakfast is only unitl 9am SHARP. You have workers jealous of guest, and treat you wierdly when requesting things. My room didnt have alot of items. The hotel set up is okay but need better workers for sure.

I am currently staying at Home2 Suites Pasadena for an extended period, and overall it is a comfortable experience. The rooms are spacious and well set up, and the front desk staff were always friendly and quick to respond whenever I had an issue, such as an electrical problem and a roach sighting. Management tried their best to resolve things, which I appreciated. That said, there are areas that really need improvement. The housekeeping service is very inconsistent. The location was perfect for my work trip, plenty of places to eat nearby. The room was clean.
