We stayed twice, a week apart. Friendly, clean, great breakfast options, cookies in the afternoons, and water and popcorn.
Staff is very humble, they are there to help and provide a splendid stay.
Room was supposed to be ready at 3pm. Was still waiting at 4:40. There were other people on the hampton side waiting and housekeeping hadn't even started that side yet
Maybe a little bit premature because im going to be there for a few more days however so far I've been there since Sunday and my bed hasn't been made nor room cleaned yet idk maybe they dont do it everyday when you stay there for long periods , we will see other than that the breakfast is amazing the staff is great , the pool is closed and has been the whole time and im running low on towels , wash cloths and coffee in my room but overall good so far I will post an update with pics
