Best place to stay in Hattiesburg!
I have been here many times before along with the Sister hotel in the same building, thr Hampton Inn. Never had an issue here.
The head of housekeeping was very unprofessional. No guest should be treated with such disrespect. On Sunday, 9/7/25, while preparing to check out, there was a knock at the door. When I asked who was there, she responded by saying she was with housekeeping. My friend, who was not dressed at the time, yelled and said she was not dressed so would not come in. Rooms need an update and/or repairs. Bed frame had parts sticking out on the side. Bathroom paper holder was loose and fell off broke away from the wall. They can't have soap bars, they have the bigger soap,shampoo dispensers. Who's to stop someone from opening them putting something in them, the world is full of people getting off on hurting others. Don't expect much from a free breakfast but pre-cooked fried eggs, no. People who worked there were nice and friendly, rooms dated, but appeared clean
