Great vacation for visiting the beach! Front desk staff wasn't the friendliest I've seen but not the worst either. Great for kids with the outdoor pool, spacious rooms and breakfast.
Problem after problem…room keys didn’t work after my unfriendly checkin. Floor was full of water from freezer being open, no toilet tissue in room, bed sheets not changed from prior guest. Room not cleaned next day.
Great location and amenities. The staff was friendly. Housekeeping was responsive. Rooms were spacious, and parking was a breeze. We encountered a couple of issues, but the hotel's general manager reached out to make it right. I look forward to staying here again in the future.
