Location is convenient and accessible, and close to restaurants. There is sufficient parking and a gas firepit with seating outside the front door. There is an outdoor pool and it is located in a private area behind the facility. It was available the day we stayed, October 31, but the day was too cold for us to use it. This is not a nice place to stay. I stayed there for 3 weeks while working in the area. Should've known better when the front door jammed shut and couldn't get my things in for an hour. Asked three different people for shower soaps. Never got them. The room was cleaned twice. I changed my own sheets. Put a sheet on the floor to not touch the sticky carpet with my bare feet. Madison at the front desk was the only bit of sunshine there, and hanging out with the mini horses next door was a cool way to start the day.
I would never stay at this hotel again. Cleaning people threw out took not sure which a bag of clothing i left behind. No milk for breakfast because the truck didn't make the delivery. not to hard to go out and get a gallon at a store. The manager Lisa was horrible. zero response to my complaints.
Love this place it’s clean and up to standard.
I would rate this place lower if possible. It wasn’t a pleasant experience here. 1. The staff wasn’t very professional. 2. The property is fenced and when asked if it was safe there, they said it was to keep the homeless people away. The parking lot has signs that say something along the lines of “you assume full responsibility for the safety of your car, not the hotel.” 3. The carpet is filthy.
