Just ignore the guy who complains about kids other than that first night best stay ever 17 hrs on the road n our kids where wired when we got there as we unpacked
It was the absolute worst Hilton we have ever stayed in. To start with we were traveling 11+ hours to get there so before we left I called. Spoke to someone on location I advised her that we were getting a late start, and it would be after midnight when we got in. I expressed to her concern because the app was not allowing me to check in. I told her that I needed to be assured that everything was good with our reservation. They are rude and stole from my room. Not enough towels for the people in our room and told they had no extra towels when I went down and asked for some. This is not a recommended hotel in my opinion. I accidentally booked an extra room while I was here and immediately went to the front desk and asked to cancel because it was an accident and was told sorry about my bad luck.
