Let me start off by saying that I have not personally stayed at this Fort Wayne location but I put guests there several times a year. In doing so, I have contact with the front desk people each time. One that I have encountered a couple of times was friendly and helpful, Mary, I believe, but the last couple of times it has been with another lady, Andrea, who is very unfriendly and somewhat rude. Fantastic location. Nice to have a bar in site with basic foods to order. Breakfast could be better. But…. Staff if very nice and helpful. Is my go to hotel while in Fort Wayne
