Richard then proceeded to check me in physically. I explained that I did not have my physical ID readily accessible because of the amount of luggage I had with me. Again, this was the entire reason I had used the digital check-in feature in the first place. I did have a picture of my ID. I was also able to verify my phone number and email address. I am writing this review because I want management and Hilton corporate to fully understand what happened during my arrival last night and everything that has continued into today. I am posting this while the experience is still fresh because this is not an old complaint or something that happened weeks ago. No tv in 1st room, no working microwave in second room. Pool under construction. The (2) good things are the bed was comfortable and breakfast was okay..
