I would have given it 5 stars if not for the dirty dishes in the dishwasher.
This is the worst hotel stay I have ever had. Upon check in I presented a debit card to secure the room. The very next morning I went and charged my stay to my capital one credit card. The $450 charged to my debit card and only $192.10 has been refunded. He never indicated why the rest of the funds were never returned. He said I was repeating myself and hung up on me.
