We were turned down by four other hotels because we are traveling with our cat. I walked in not expecting much. I was greeted by Ebony, the front desk clerks, smiling face. She could not have been any more pleasant and helpful. The rooms are great and Herbie is currently napping on his super comfy bed after a long day of driving. Thank you Ebony for your gorgeous smile and beautiful spirit.

My overall impression began with the excellent customer service the front desk staff provided over the phone when I called inquiring about the airport shuttles. Mind you, I had been traveling for 12 hours. So I was worn to say the least. A bright voice helped me navigate to the appropriate waiting location for the shuttle. You'reonly about 10 min from car rental drop off. The hotel rooms were spacious and clean. The AC was not working well in our room, but we made it through the night. The receptionist was friendly and I really appreciate that!
