This may be just my experience but my family and I had a wonderful stay. We stayed for 2 nights at first, but we got news we’d be staying another night, so I had to book another room and unfortunately they were unable to find one for us using our FF benefits, but we were able to find one within our range and on the same floor. The transition was easy and the ladies at the Front Desk were so helpful, though I am bad with names they do deserve their recognition for the help and ease of this room change!
We had a bit of a rough start at this hotel due to my reservation being changed without any prior notification. However, the staff was kind and willing to accommodate us and try and make it right. Customer service is difficult to find these days and I appreciate being treated kindly. Ms. Max, Jonathan, the other front desk members, and the house keeping staff are all kind, wonderful people. This turned out to be a great stay! Nice location as well.
Perfect for my business trip.
