We had a bit of a rough start at this hotel due to my reservation being changed without any prior notification. However, the staff was kind and willing to accommodate us and try and make it right. Customer service is difficult to find these days and I appreciate being treated kindly. Ms. Max, Jonathan, the other front desk members, and the house keeping staff are all kind, wonderful people. This turned out to be a great stay! Nice location as well.

NEVER STAY HERE!! Booked a room weeks in advance for 2 queen beds and when we arrived they told us they were fully booked and they only had one king bed room… We are traveling with 5 adults. Even the receptionist said Home 2 Hiltons do not care about their customers. Horrible place do not recommend at all.
