I booked a room here one week in advance for a single night. Check-in was listed at 4 PM, and I even called ahead to confirm that our room would be held since we wouldn’t be arriving until around 9 PM. Really nice experience here. Helpful and polite staff, clean rooms, relaxed atmosphere. The room was bigger than expected. Pool was immaculate and my kids took a dip. Breakfast was much better than expected! We enjoyed our stay. And there were makeup remover wipes that were REALLY good.

I don’t usually write negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience so that others and hopefully hotel management are aware of the serious shortcomings in service and communication I encountered. I had booked a two-night stay from 09/12 to 09/14. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I was unable to arrive on the first night and made multiple attempts to contact the hotel to inform them, but no one answered my calls.
