Staff was great, HOWEVER!!! The building itself, while well kept, has walls and ceilings with the sound insulation of cardboard (sry cardboard). The whole experience ruined because of this, I mean, I could actually hear when other rooms put the toilet seat down.
Decent location near the zoo. If you are stopping with kids for the pool maybe choose a nicer hotel. Rooms were fine though.
We have stayed here coming back from Florida 2 years in a row. We initially selected Home2 Suites because we have a large service dog. Rooms are spacious. Room and common areas were immaculately clean. Staff is friendly, helpful and courteous. Small and only downside is the pool is “natural” chemical and this pool had considerable algae growth.
