Beautiful hotel and rooms also kid friendly. Location is close to all kinds of restaurants and easy access to the freeway. Well stay there again!!
The location is just ok. Very close to the road and parking spots are not spacious. Hearing traffic all night was a bit of an issue, until the very loud air conditioner unit came on. And thankfully, it did because the room would become so sweltering hot before finally kicking on and running. I actually had a man walk in my room right after we checked in. My husband went to return the luggage cart and while I was alone in the room a male employee let himself into my room. He did apologize through the door, but it was scary!!!... read more
For the most part everything was great. Except.. the carpeting could use a good scrubbing. Also, got kicked out of the lobby for visiting with our out of state cousins. We thought that would be the best place to not bother other guests. To the front desk workers. Please speak louder and be more clear on what you are talking about. Thank God myself and a cousin can read lips or we would have been lost with the directions we were given. Mounika was terrific on helping with a small problem.
The room was large and spacious. Breakfast was delicious . Friendly staff. Housekeeping was great and nice service. Enough parking and patio. I love the Hilton chain. The place was clean and smells good.
