Need more washing machines and dryers
Arrived and checked room before family came in. Shower full of hair, beds full of hair, food on floor and dead roach middle of floor. Asked desk person for other room, none was available, asked about other Hilton properties in area she said there was a Tri down the street I could call. I called Hilton customer service and they asked me to go back to the desk and ask her to call other hotel. She then said she called another Home 2 suites about 10 min away and they had rooms and she had spoke to the manager there to get a room... read more
My room was super clean and quite spacious. Everything worked perfectly in the room. Very nice people checked me in and took care of my needs. Breakfast is nothing to write home about so I used one of their cooktops and toasters and made my own. They kept the parking lot free of snow and ice.
